Flea & Tick Prevention Recipe:

Every owner of dogs and cats, no matter the age or breed, need to have ready all year round Flea and Tick Prevention. There are many commercial brands to chose from. Some of our readers prefer to make their own safer and many times, cheaper preventives.

Flea & Tick Prevention Recipe:

• 1/2 tsp alcohol or witch hazel
• 1 drop Young Living Cedarwood oil
• 3 drops Young Living Purification oil
• 2 drops Young Living Lavender oil
• 2 drop Young Living Citronella
• 1 drop Young Living Thyme oil
• 3 drops Young Living Orange oil

Natural Flea & Tick Prevention using only Young Living Essential Oils

Purification Oil

Place drop on tick or use a q-tip to apply to tick. The tick will back out. If after several minutes the tick does not release re-apply. Lift tick off the skin with tweezers. Apply purification to bite and top with animal scents ointment.
