PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Clarify payment options in advance. For instance, BTN does not accept international credit cards.

We accept Paypal for payments (add link to PayPal account).   

To make a purchase using PayPal, click on the "Check out with PayPal" button in your shopping cart, or select the PayPal payment option during checkout.

When you make a purchase using PayPal, you will momentarily connect to the PayPal website during checkout. Once you complete your transaction at the PayPal site, you will automatically return to BTN to complete your order.

 

 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date and issue a full refund for the product, less initial shipping costs.

We ask that the product be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To make a return, use the following steps:
1. submit an email to info@bostonterriernetwork.com specifying what items you want to return and the reason for the return.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (also known as an RMA).
3. Write the RMA Number clearly on the OUTSIDE of the return carton.
4. Place the PACKING SLIP inside the carton.
5. Ship the box back to us at the following address:

This will help assure the speedy processing of your return.

Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you are responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part. Once we have received the shipment, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
