Order Review

If you placed an order and did not register a customer account, enter your e-mail address and your Order Code to review the order and check the order status.

The following terms indicate the status of an order:

Submitted: You successfully submitted your order to BTN. 

Processing: Your order at BTN will usually ship in 1-2 business days. The product page lists any item(s) requiring a longer shipping time (i.e. custom orders).

Cancelled: Few circumstances can cause an order cancellation:

Your form of payment could not be successfully processed.

You cancelled the order.

Due to an unforeseen circumstance, BTN cannot process an order at that time.

Shipped: Your order is on its way. A tracking number may be available.

Return Initiated: At your request, BTN set up a return for an order.

Return Complete: BTN received the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled.

We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used.


 How to Cancel

Go to My Account, located at the top right of the homepage

Log in using your email address and password

Select the Order Number containing the item(s) you want to cancel

Select the "Cancel" check box located in the left column next to the item(s). You cannot cancel your order if you do not see a "Cancel" check box

Select the "Submit Cancellation" button

If you successfully cancel your order, a confirmation screen will advise

 Can I Change My Order?

You cannot change your order after submitting it.

You can place a different order if you cancel the original one.

There is a short timeframe before your order reaches BTN processing in which you can cancel your order.

If you cancel your order, contact your financial institution for your refund posting timeframe.

 How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps to start the online return process:

 Sign into your account.

Click the "My Orders" link from the Order Information tab to see your past orders.

Click “Return Item” next to the item you want to return.

Provide your return information. Click “Submit Return”.

Follow the included instructions to return your item.

We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return shipping label and return instructions.

Refund Policy

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of a BTN error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, a reduced refund will be issued for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery or received after 45 days. You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment, unless you selected to return for in-store credit. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.
